Return / Refund

The Transparent Clinch Gallery has a 14 day return policy. The 14 day return window begins once the package is postmarked delivered to Customer. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Framing is non refundable. Any prints that are customized / personalized are not eligible for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, Customer's artwork (plus framing / glass if applicable) must be in the same condition that Customer received it. The order must be in the original packaging. Customer must show original receipt or proof of purchase. We strongly recommend that Customer fully insures their return package. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide Customer with proof of delivery. The Transparent Clinch Gallery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Customer is responsible for the cost of returning orders back to the Transparent Clinch Gallery. Once Customer's artworks is received and inspected, a representative from the Transparent Clinch Gallery will send the Customer an email to notify the Customer that TCG has received the returned item. TCG will notify Customer of the refund approval or rejection. If return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment less any transactional fees incurred after the payment has already settled. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Our team tries very hard to ensure that every order is packed properly and delivered in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact the Transparent Clinch Gallery immediately. 

Duties / Taxes

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. We have no control over these costs.
